NightIn turns apartments into community spaces. Hosts open their doors to curated guests; guests apply to attend and are hand-picked. Every user verifies their identity (government ID, phone, email) before their first gathering. After events, participants vouch for each other — building a trust-based reputation system with no star ratings.

## How It Works
1. Hosts create a gathering — set the vibe, rules, guest size, and location type.
2. Guests browse and apply with a message or short video.
3. Hosts review applications and accept the guests they want.
4. Accepted guests receive the address. Unverified guests never get it.
5. After the gathering, everyone vouches for each other.
