How do I report a gathering or a host?

Open the gathering page and scroll to the host card — you'll see Report this gathering, Report host, and Block host links. In the iOS/Android app, tap the ••• menu on any video card. We review every report within 24 hours.

How do I block another user?

From a gathering page, tap Block host. From your Connections list, tap the icon next to anyone you want to block. Once blocked, you won't see their gatherings, and they can't message you.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@nightin.co from the address on your account. We'll confirm and remove your data per our Privacy Policy.

What if my host or another guest cancels last minute?

You'll be notified by email and (if enabled) push or text. Hosts who repeatedly cancel are flagged. If a paid event is cancelled by the host, your contribution is refunded.

Why didn't I get accepted to an event?

Hosts choose their guests. Most decisions come down to fit (vibe, group balance, capacity). Try applying to a few different gatherings — and add a profile photo and short bio to help hosts say yes.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Visit your Dashboard → Subscription, or email billing@nightin.co. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in the corresponding store settings.

Is my address public?

No. Your exact address is only shared with guests you accept. Public listings show only an approximate area (neighborhood-level). See the Privacy Policy — Location data for details.

Trouble signing in or didn't get a verification code?

Try resending the code. If your number rejects SMS or you've changed phones, email support@nightin.co with the email on your account and we'll help.

NightIn is a place to meet new people in real life. Treat hosts and guests with respect, follow the host's house rules, and use the report tools above if anything makes you uncomfortable. We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats of violence, or illegal activity. Accounts that violate our guidelines are removed.
